Boys and Girls High School Graduation 2021 FAQ

Q: What time does student have to arrive for graduation rehearsals?
A: 9:30AM Sharp

Q: What time does the graduation begin?
A: 11:00AM Sharp

Q: Where do I retrieve my tickets from Eventbrite?
A: Check your email that the link was sent to for the ticket confirmation. Your QR code will be scanned at the door or name check off guest list if ticket is unavailable. Please do not print out any physical tickets as they will not be accepted.

Q: What is the zoom link for the graduation live stream?
A: It is located on the BGHS school website homepage. https://www.boysandgirlshs.org/. You may click the link on the post and share with your family and friends.

Q: What if I did not receive the link for the Eventbrite tickets?
A: Email [email protected] to confirm that the correct email was submitted.

Q: What if I'm unable to show the QR code?
A: Provide the student name at the door. Once the two (2) tickets have been accounted for, no further admittance using that student's name will be granted entrance into the ceremony.

Q. What if I forget my cap and gown at home?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have any extra graduating garments. Please be diligent and bring everything you need for graduation.
