Grief Support
What is Grief?
"Grief is the natural reaction to loss. Grief is both a universal and a personal experience. Some examples of loss include the death of a loved one, the ending of an important relationship, job loss, loss through theft or the loss of independence through disability." -Mayo Clinic
"The five stages: denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with what we lost. They are tools to help us understand and identify what we may be feeling. Not everyone goes through all of these steps in the same order. Our hope is that with these stages comes the knowledge of what may come, making us better equipped to cope with life and loss. Just remember your grief is as unique as you are." - Taken from https://grief.com/the-five-stages-of-grief/
